Before production launch, confirm with Percents that:
- production source IPs are allowlisted;
- production API and signing tokens are stored securely;
- the issuer is associated with the correct channel-partner network;
- Omni catalog access and the agreed file format are enabled;
- the webhook HTTPS endpoint is reachable and signature verification is active;
- duplicate webhook delivery is handled idempotently;
- a Plaid sandbox file has completed through the result webhook; and
- catalog synchronization preserves offer UUIDs and offer immutability.
File processing includes automated operations and, when required, human oversight. Results are sent regularly but there is no fixed delivery schedule or guaranteed number of hours after upload.
If no omni-txn-stream-result webhook arrives within three business days of a successful upload, contact Percents. Include the environment, exact filename, upload timestamp and time zone, and the issuer/channel-partner name. Do not include secrets or raw card data in an ordinary support message.
