Before production launch, confirm with Percents that:
- production network access is ready: source IPs are allowlisted or the mTLS certificate is deployed to the mTLS URL;
- production API and signing tokens are stored securely;
- the issuer is correctly provisioned;
- Omni catalog access and the agreed file format are enabled;
- the webhook HTTPS endpoint is reachable and signature verification is active;
- duplicate webhook delivery is handled idempotently;
- a native or Plaid sandbox file has passed validation with a signed processing-result webhook; and
- catalog synchronization preserves offer UUIDs and offer immutability.
Reconcile through GET /api/v1/omni/files/{fileId} before escalating. Provide the environment, file ID, exact filename, upload timestamp and time zone, validation/processing status, error UUID, and webhook ID if received. Do not include secrets or raw card data in an ordinary support message.
